Passionate About Inspiring Others

My family and I have lived in Central Virginia for 18 years. I was drawn to the counseling profession during my time teaching in the middle school, high school, and college settings. I found that people process and cope with their struggles in a variety of ways, and often just need someone to help them figure things out.

Education Credentials

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Chapman University, and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University. I completed my internship in an inpatient facility in Central Virginia. While in the inpatient setting, I worked with adolescents and adults who were struggling with mental health, family issues, and addiction.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. My post-graduate residency included 4000 hours of counseling experience.

As a psychotherapist, certified trauma professional (CCTP), and certified brain coach (BHC), my goal is to guide you through the process of recovering from the things that are causing your symptoms.
